As we all move forward during COVID-19, your health and safety, and that of our members and the communities we serve, is our top priority. Count on us to work with you to protect patient health, streamline access to care and make necessary adjustments as we monitor COVID-19 impacts.
Vaccines Continue to be our Best Defense
We are encouraging our members to follow your instructions for receiving their COVID-19 vaccines, including their boosters. They trust you to provide them with the information they need to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
The vaccines and our collective vigilance to wear a mask when in crowded areas or unvaccinated, social distance and wash our hands are our best defenses against COVID-19.

New Directions Behavioral Health Helpline
Working on the frontline, along with having general concerns about COVID-19, can be stressful. In partnership with New Directions Behavioral Health, providers, their staff and patients experiencing stress can talk to specially trained bilingual behavioral health counselors at no additional cost by calling a 24/7 toll-free helpline at 833-848-1762.
Please note: Counselors will not be able to assist with questions about COVID-19 testing, treatment or give a referral for a COVID-19 test. Provider referrals from these hotline calls will be covered per the member’s normal benefits/cost shares. If members have additional questions, they may call us at the number on the back of their member ID card.
