HealthyBlue is a rewards program for members of Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans from Florida Blue focused on keeping you healthy and delighting you along the way with gift cards for achieving healthy activities. It's easy to join, easy to earn, and easy to redeem rewards!

How Do I Earn HealthyBlue Rewards?
Earn HealthyBlue Rewards when you complete certain preventive screenings and tests between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Once you complete your screening, you can report the details on your dashboard and redeem your rewards balance for gift cards! Remember your earned rewards have to be redeemed by no later than midnight on December 31 each year.

How do I view and redeem my HealthyBlue Rewards?
Log in to your member account and access your HealthyBlue Rewards by going to the My Rewards menu and then hover over Rewards. Click on HealthyBlue Rewards to see your Rewards portal dashboard.
Logging in for the first time? No problem. After you log into My Health Link™, click on My Rewards, hover over Rewards and then click on HealthyBlue Rewards. Read and accept the Terms of Service and confirm your Communications Preferences. And then you are all set!
How do I enroll in HealthyBlue?
Our rewards website is easy to access. Visit floridablue.com/medicare and log in to your My Health Link™ member account. You can also participate by calling our HealthyBlue Rewards Support Center. If you decide later to use the website to check your rewards, report a screening or redeem your earned rewards for a gift card, you will still need to follow the instructions below.
New and Returning Members who have never participated in HealthyBlue Rewards:
You can access the rewards website by logging in to My Health Link™. From there, go to the My Rewards menu, hover over Rewards and click on HealthyBlue Rewards. Upon your first log in to the rewards website, you will need to read and accept the Terms of Service and then confirm your Communications Preferences.
