Medicare Members, Take Care of Your Health and Earn Rewards in 2020

You’ve probably heard you should have an Annual Wellness Visit and flu shot every year. You might also need a mammogram or a colon cancer screening. Why not get something extra when you’ve done these things?

HealthyBlue is a program that rewards you for getting the tests and services you need. It’s our way of saying “thanks” for being loyal to your health!

Sign up to find out what screenings and services you need to receive rewards. Then, redeem rewards for gift cards from places like Publix, Walmart and Walgreens.

Who is it for?

HealthyBlue is a program for BlueMedicare HMO, PPO and Group PPO (Employer PPO) members. This includes BlueMedicare Complete (HMO D-SNP) members.

What’s new this year?

If you’ve participated in HealthyBlue Rewards in the past, you’ll notice some things have changed:

• It’s easier. We removed the Bronze, Silver and Gold metal levels to make earning rewards as simple as possible.
• We redesigned our website, so it looks a little different. You’ll still log in to your member account to access your HealthyBlue Rewards.

From there, you can:

• Check your rewards balance
• Report completed eligible health activities and screenings

Redeem your rewards for gift cards

• Adopt a healthier lifestyle with health and wellness tips
• Review your rewards incentive history, and
• Take part in personal and community challenges

How do I report and redeem my HealthyBlue Rewards?

Eligible BlueMedicare members can start by logging in.

Log in to your member account at floridablue.com/medicare.  

(If you’re a new member, you’ll first need to sign up for an account here.)

Then, go to My Health and click on HealthyBlue Rewards to view your rewards.

Or, you can call 1-855-861-9400 for help. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time.

How do I earn rewards? In 2020, you can earn rewards for completing the activities shown in the chart below. You can also take a look at your dashboard on the HealthyBlue Rewards website. From there, you can find out which rewards you’ve already earned and which services you still need.
